"Let The Rhythm Pump".
Und wie. Groß wie lange nichts mehr. Beide Seiten. Wer diese 7" nicht hat, weiss nicht wie man tanzt.
5/5

Bwooooooooyyyyyy! This is the ragga biznizz kids, mental, brilliant, mashed-up, legendary "Galong Galong Galong Galong Galong.." vocal assassination (check out the audio sample---waaaaahhhh!), forget about the competition, this is better than the rest! Suburban Trash have been quietly giving up the good stuff for some time, this Berlin crew have penetrated every pocket of fandom in the land with their superior alignment of laptop jackers. raggacore really has rarely sounded THIS good. Killer, limited, quick!
>Kovert (Datacide 9) says:
Split 7" featuring a beefed up Capleton rework from Geroyche and a broken beat track which samples Doug Lazy's 'let the rhythm pump' vocal.
Geroyche toughens up "Galang Galang" with some fierce overdriven kicks and snippets of breaks, lifting the original rhythm to a new level, while Noize Creator kills it with a heavy party cut. Smashing broken beats are moulded with rhythmic noise, sub-base bombs, reversed breaks and of course
Doug Lazy just to remind you what to do. But we have to complain about the press (again), which makes the Geroyche side unplayable: too quiet; no excuse now.
info
I'll provide you with a dancehall smashing refix of Capleton's murder tune on the bushy bushy riddim!
I made that one with buzz in june 2002.
Noize Creator keeps it harsh & abstract.
This 7" has been played loud, most likely for the first time ever, on January 24 at the legendary Tresor, Berlin on the best PA i know. Believe me, it rocks! :)
500 copies, available since january 2003.
Only the chosen few have a full-colour printout btw. I think the first 100 copies or so...
